Apartment Features:
- Equipped kitchen with fridge and gas stove

Utilities:
- Monthly utility fee of $50, plus an additional $40/month if there is a second resident.
- Utilities includes gas, heat, water, sewage, and trash removal
- Residents are responsible for electric/ Duquesne Light Co.

Resident is financially responsible for wifi/cable - Unit is prewired for Comcast Xfinity and Verizon Fios

Pet-Friendly Option:
Cat Fee: Bring your feline friend for just $40 per month (maximum of 2 cats)
Small Caged Animal: Small, caged animals are also welcome for a one-time non-refundable $250 fee.
